These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the official GAVIS 2026 registration platform at https://gavisbooking.com/ (the “Platform”) and your participation in the Global Animal Production & Veterinary Industry Summit 2026 (the “Event”). By registering for the Event, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or attend the Event.
1. Registration and Payment
1.1. Eligibility: The Event is open to all qualified individuals. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application at its sole discretion. 1.2. Confirmation: Your registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and an official confirmation email from the Organizer. 1.3. Fees: All registration fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable government taxes unless otherwise stated on the Platform. Fees are non-transferable between participants.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that there is no formal cancellation or refund policy for GAVIS 2026 registrations. All registration fees are considered final and non-refundable once payment has been processed and a confirmation email has been issued. By proceeding with your registration and payment, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
3. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure Event. A “Force Majeure Event” includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, government orders, pandemics, natural disasters, or any other circumstance beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control. In the event that a Force Majeure Event prevents the Event from taking place, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit for a future event or a full refund.
4. Code of Conduct
All Participants are required to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner throughout the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any participant from the Event without notice or refund for behavior that is deemed disruptive, offensive, discriminatory, or in violation of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, presentations, and recordings from the Event are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Participants are prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing any part of the Event proceedings without prior written permission from the Organizer and the relevant content owner.
6. Personal Data Protection (PDPA 2010)
Your personal data will be collected, used, and disclosed by the Organizer in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. For a detailed explanation of how your data is handled, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer, its partners, sponsors, venue providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your registration for or attendance at the Event.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the registration platform, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
